Tragedia
Angielska Wikipedia!? Po co mi!? O Kant d....ę potłuc!
W Polsce kiepsko

Wikipedia
Bad do not get
Where you go to find out who invented the phone or computer your using
I love Wikipedia. I always have. Since I was born in 1979, I remember being a kid and having a look everything up in “The Encyclopedia Brittanica” it was a huge collection of books from A-Z and they weren’t free. I guess I was a strange kid because I loved reading those books. Whey I got my first iPhone i was 30 and it was 2009. From that day forward I’ve used Wikipedia at least 6 days a week. I try to donate every year to help keep it ad free. Because I just love Wikipedia, I think it’s a lot of things…it’s a valuable resource, it’s “fast-knowledge”, it’s entertaining and useful.
Great application!
E1=mc^2<3(E1=mc^2) I love you!
A wonderful resource for the curious!
I use Wikipedia often as I read books and articles to get the meaning and history of words, objects and places both current and historical.

Best Website Ever
Words cannot adequately express the gift this is to humanity. I suggest donating a forgettable amount monthly
Blocked
They blocked my ip address and now I can’t even get into my account. “Requests to unblock your IP address even if you are innocent will generally not be granted.” What??
Great
Great helpful with everything
Close to perfect
if this app had the "In The News" and "Did You Know..." sections the website has, this would be the first app i open up every single morning
Can’t use search
Not showing any search results. Sometimes when it does, can’t open article.
Dear Aerosmith,
Understood.

what is an actress?? sorry I don't donate to proud mankind troglodytes 🧿
Ok app
I wish I could have the article read to me
Editor since the ‘beginning’
Wikipedia initially filled me with optimism about access to free encyclopedic information for anyone connected to the internet. However, I've come to realize how a small, enthusiastic group can manipulate such a vital resource. Some contributors promote misleading information and adopt editorial stances that oppose conservative viewpoints. This has led to a significant disappointment for me. I once held the belief that people share common values globally, but that perspective has shifted. I've observed that when large groups of left-leaning individuals come together, discussions devolve into immature rants filled with crude language, targeting their opponents without leaving room for constructive dialogue. It’s disheartening to see such a lack of openness.
Page Issues buried at bottom!?
“Page Issues” are really important for assessing accuracy—but the app buries them at absolute bottom, unlike the website, which puts issues at the very top where they belong. Why?? At least put some icon at the top to tap for more info if there's a page issue.
I love the Wikipedia app
I love the Wikipedia app
i <3 wikipedia
i love wikipedia and use it at least once every day. i love learning about random things that im curious about. one of my friends thinks it’s funny that wikipedia is my go-to for whenever i have a question, and when i saw there was an app i thought it would be funny to be able to tell my friend i don’t even need to visit the website anymore, but to my surprise the app is actually really awesome. i got it as a gag but i actually love it.
Love it❓Support it 💴
Look, a little goes a long way. I skated with Wikipedia for a decade or more, finally recently I’m wising up and giving them a fiver every now and then, randomly. *Please* consider this yourself — especially since space karen has now weirdly made it yet another of his targets. Wikipedia along with the Internet Archive are great gems on the web. Throw them a 🦴
Recent update is poor
I use this app heavily for reading in my free time and have been disappointed by the recent update. Navigation is much slower and less responsive, and in articles with horizontal scrolling you can no longer swipe to go to the previous article. Also, adding the ability to swipe ‘forward’ like a browser would be useful.
Chewed up cellular data
Wikipedia chewed up almost 3 GB of cell data looking at ONE ARTICLE!!!!!!!! Put me over the limit 1 week into the month!!!!!!!! Seems like if a video is in the article it gets loaded EVEN IF YOU DON'T PRESS PLAY!!!!!!!!!! THERE SHOULD BE A WAY TO TURN THIS OFF!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE FIX!!!!!!!!
I think there should be more accessible options to edit articles
It is great! But I was trying to add my dad to a list of people with my last name, and I couldn’t really figure it out. But I am so happy to see my relatives on there and this is a very nice website.
Unusable
Crashes as soon as I open the app
Tabs would be nice to have
One thing that the iOS version needs from the Android version: Tabs!
Years of Confidence
Thank you Wikipedia!
Great.
Nice.
Daily use thoughts on v7.7.0
Wikipedia is my favorite website. I open the app probably every half hour or so whenever I have free time, and I donate monthly. I’ve always enjoyed the user experience through the app, I’ve thought it has been really well made, but a couple changes in v7.7.0 recently prompted me to give some feedback. First thing, which has already been patched in the latest version, is how in version 7.7.0 I needed to select the search box after tapping the search icon to populate the field. I didn’t understand the change, as I don’t access my search history nearly as often as I search a new topic; maybe it was a bug, but I’m glad the change has been reverted. Second thing: I am no longer able to swipe back an article while scrolling- the screen has to come to a dead stop in order to do so. I can see how this would be the preference of some users, so I guess it’s not the end of the world, but for me it’s just another extra step to arrest the motion of the screen before I can navigate where I’d like. Finally, and this is only cosmetic, I have always appreciated the monochromatic look of the app and navigation bar. Now that the navigation bar items are blue, I realize how nice it was to have no color distractions on the screen while navigating. Again, for some people this might be a change for the better; either way it doesn’t break the experience, I think it’s mostly up to personal preference. Just thought I’d give some feedback on the new update, I always have and still do enjoy the app very much and quite often. Thank you guys for all the work you put in to maintain the app and site!
Excellent
While the mobile website is great, the app lets you save articles, see local pages, search multiple languages at once (if you enable it), and has a pretty interface. I would recommend using it if you read Wikipedia often
Latest version requires extra click to search
This app has always been excellent, as is Wikipedia overall. Despite some negative reviews it’s certainly not biased and is exceptionally up to date and accurate. I’m dropping 1 star due to a recent update that has made search harder. I used to be able to click the search icon and star typing, but now I have to do that then click the field to type what I want to search for. Why add an extra step? Please fix this bug and I’ll revise to 5 stars.
Tabs and lists
Brings back the tabs view! And don’t limit us on the number of lists we can make. Some of us are list-holics.
Excellent, as always.
This app is a great way to read Wikipedia, save for some minor UI annoyances. I especially like the List feature for organizing articles, but it could use some better keyboard shortcuts and a revamped Table of Contents interface. Otherwise I have no complaints!
Knowledgeable APP👍🏽
App keeps me up to date and inform on person-places and things 🤔
Not credible
Wikipedia is a biased, untrustworthy and unreliable information.
Stupid
Primarily in metric!?!?!? Stupid!
Check your information
I think you really may want to check vet or check your editors . They may want to check multiple sources before rushing to edit to see if it’s a rumor . Especially now when so much misinformation and opinions are being presented as factual . maybe add button or something that allows an entry to be challenged .

Favorite
Go to the search source for all things, musical artists, styles, and intricate details… All there! Carefully monitored and updated. VERY impressive! Nothing to compare with it! Wikipedia is at the heart of the goods things about the Internet!

Teaching History
In 2013 I took a trip with my family around the world. While my teenage son was out of school I used Wikipedia to read up on the history of places we would visit on our frequent long morning runs - it was a wonderful and enriching way to share history with him and he’s still amazed at how I knew all that stuff…
Constant Companion
I’ve always kept a dictionary handy while reading anything from science to history to literature. For the last twenty years I’ve also turned to Wikipedia, especially when I need context. Since I’ve had the app I use it dozens of times a week. – Monthly contributor
A national treasure
In a world full of misinformation, disinformation and corporate control of the flow of information. Wikipedia stands out as a non-profit global encyclopedia. We the users must insure that we protect it.
Keeps blowing up!
I use Wikipedia multiple times during a day. It has been reliable until the past several days, when to close or blow up suddenly. Unreliable now on iOS devices. Please help!
Wikipedia Rocks
I love to geeks out in Wikipedia and I always learn all kinds of interesting facts. I totally rely on it for deeper understanding and knowledge when I need it. Excellent app!!
Why Wikipedia is amazing!
In a world where information is valuable and we have the opportunity and privilege to access information. Why wouldn’t you? It’s amazing that Wikipedia is free and accessible with just an internet connection. We live in such a blessed world regardless of its problems.
One-sided App
These losers are extremely one-sided yet beg the other to fund them because the folks they support are losers. Do not give them money!
Notifications won’g go away no matter what I do
I created an account and logged into the app for the first time and immediately I have an unread notification. Going into my profile while logged in and clicking the “Notifications” tab shows me an error: You have to be logged in. I am. I wanted to use the app, but this is beyond my tolerance levels.
Too biased
Everything leans to far left here

The Wikipedia map features is very useful for finding places to explore.
