Pros and cons of Wikipedia app for iPhone and iPad

Wikipedia app good for

This version is great, can now select language at search time
Great idea, truly inspiring knowledge, mostly free from bias. Proud to be able to contribute.
Ive been using for years now and its a great app, just miss an option to save locally some pages.
Very clean and simple for use. Great navigation and display of the articles to read.
The app is great both for quick searches and long reads. It is also possible to switch from a language to another for a page or topic.
Having the option to customize font type and size, in the manner of other reading apps like instapaper, would be a welcome addition to an otherwise solid app.

Some bad moments

When scrolling down on the home page, its refreshing the page. Means I cant access to the todays page :-(
My iPhone prefered language is english but the app searches in French (second language on my phone) IDK if its related to IOS or if the fault lies with the app but it break the app.
I think Apple should be sued just because there is personal information about celebrities that are to be hacked or scammed.
Dumbed down interface and its trying to copy Facebook/Twitter with this Explore feed. At least the search function still works hence the two stars.
I really preferred the previous version. I recommend to leave users the choice to use the " non- mobile" version on iPads ... Thank you
New update constantly freezes and crashes when returning to the app after going back to the home screen, or after the phone goes to sleep. 1 star until its fixed.
